CurrentLeading the project for expansion, activation & installation of 100 digital signage units for the Jabodetabek area and Bandung.Maintained & audited 436 digital signage units arround Jabodetabek, Bandung, Medan, Balikpapan and Surabaya with total sites of 50 buildings consisting of apartments, malls, hospitals, and offices.Running a project to dismantle digital signage from 6 sites that have expired contracts.Executing a weekly work program consisting of a team of 3 people in Jabodetabek, 1 person in Bandung, 1 person in Medan,1 person in Balikpapan, and 1 person in Surabaya.Together with the business development and IT teams, conduct a PoC for the digital signage product.Compile reports and a database of 436 installed and active digital signage units across 50 sites.Collaborate with SITAC team and BM team member at partner sites to draft the BOQ and Budget Estimate Plan for digital signage installation and activation projects.Engage in discussions and meetings with the director and sales division to discuss the specifications and quantity of digital signage needed for expansion to a target of 100 sites.Work with the sales team to create concepts and designs for general marketing posters to be displayed on all digital signage at all sites and locations.Result:Managing and leading implementation, installation, and activation of digital signage project at Great Western Resort Apartment, Easton Park BSD, Newton Apartment, Evenciio Apartement, Gateway Rusunawa Ciledug, SkyView Apartment BSD, Urban Heights Apartment BSD, City Light Apartment Ciputat, 18 Office Park, Menara Jamsostek, Mitra Sunter Apartment, Apple 1 Condovilla Apartment, Transpark Apartment Cibubur, Cibinong City Mall 2 with 100% result. managing and leading dismantling project of digital signage at Central Park Mall and all Brawijaya Hospital.
