Early life and biographyThe professional career as Architect was other than a casualty. He born and grew in a family very close connected to the art. His father Llazar Taçi (one of the most prestigious artist painters in Albania) special art attributes in the genre of the composition formed the basis for his ulterior career. Since his early age in elementary school he featured his talent in free drawings and developed it in years. In the later studies he distinguished his ability in geometry. Crossing of the both skills Art & Geometry oriented him versus Architecture studies.Career 1992-1998He began the studies in 1992. During studies years, Ervin played an important role as the co-founder and chairman of Albanian Student League of Architecture (ASLA). 1996 sign an important role in his posterior career after the experience in an alternative design studio in the Architecture Faculty of Tirana, guided by the well-known and Emeritus Professor of Florida University, Harry Merritt. The concept of “social interaction”, which the American professor reminds as a permanent postulate, that professionals should not forget in each design creation. It was later and continuous to be the philosophy of DEA Studio that Ervin co-founded in 2002. Career 1999-ongoingHe is actually expressing his philosophy and approach on design in lot of won design open tenders in Albania, regarding revitalization of existing public spaces & buildings and designing the new ones in more than 180 completed works of different typology and size. In 2012 was elected Member of the Executive Board of Albanian Association of Architects (AAA) giving his continuous contribute and expertise for structuring the Tariff Manual for Architecture and Engineering services.Alongside his architectural practice, he has been active as visiting professor at the "Albanian University", School of Architecture, "Zoja e Keshillit te Mire" Architecture Faculty.
