The world of human capital and recruitment is an exciting area to work. What draws me to this industry is the ability to help people and to go through the entire recruitment and hiring process with them. Having graduated with a BSc in Banking and Finance and ACCA, I decided to venture into recruitment. The scope of work is different from what I study, but I am eager to learn the ropes of the business and to value add the clients and candidates that I engage with.Before joining CTES, my previous role as a personal banker in CIMB is to provide financial planning advice to customers and develop innovative wealth management products and services that suit their individual risk profile. Maintaining good customer relationships by doing periodic reviews and meet ups is also my core work in CIMB. This allows me to network and to know people from all walks of life which helps greatly in my job at CTES currently.The industry that I am focusing on now is the Banking, Finance and Accounting sector.
