Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with responsibilities including in-depth collaboration with Client Representatives, coordination with Architects and Engineers, Contract negotiations with Sub-contractors and Client-preferred vendors, prepare Construction Schedules and determine required manpower, equipment and materials resources, Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports, ensure quality control and strict adherence to all Client standards.
