To support the modern realities of recruiting, Talemetry works in conjunction with applicant tracking systems to provide employers the tools to boost their ability to reach, attract, engage and nurture a healthy supply of prospective applicants.

I was responsible for growing one of the company's business units in the state of Oregon. In my capacity as a Territory Manager, my objective was to drive net new business while managing a portfolio of active accounts within my territory.

Working primarily with C-level executives and board directors, I promoted Metasoft's fundraising platform to non-profits and charities alike in North America. I was also responsible for driving product demonstrations and making the initial discovery call.
