HydroGadz is a student association aiming to democratize hydrogen as an energy carrier. To do so, since 2017 we have been developing a hydrogen racing boat participating in the Solar and Energy Boat Challenge in Monaco.As the association's project and technical manager, I was led to develop 7 projects in collaboration with the financial manager to improve the boat's performance. Throughout my one year mandate, my role was to ensure the smooth running of the projects, the improvement of the boat and to manage the logistics of the major events (public demonstration, sea trials and static tests). My knowledge of the boat and my proximity to the hydrogen specialists also placed me in charge of safety during the work phases or while sailing.
