Reward & Recognition:* Daily activities for all EMEA countries (salary proposals, review templates & tooling, benchmarking & midpoints, job grading & job family releveling, "benefits management" renewal process with AON).* Projects (analyse launch new EMEA subsidiary, new payroll provider and Protime for all EMEA countries - project launch coordination, EMEA mobility framework review).HRIS:* Workday (Job catalogue redesign - SPOC / coordination for EMEA region, HRIS architecture).

Responsible for compensation review (merit - STI - LTI), benchmarking, job grading, special files (new tax regime, exit from Russia,...) for the EMEA region.Coordination with APAC and America (during absence Global Head Comp&Ben).

Member of the Private Banking Management Committee.Responsible for the digital transformation of the Private Banking at the business side, coordination with Transformation Office and IT.Supervision of the Customer Care.In charge of the development of “Big Data” capacities to support the business.Improvement of financial reports and dashboards.

Responsible for compensation & benefits activities, HR operations, Payroll, and HRIS.
