I have been a manager in the field of Operations (Industry, Supply Chain, Purchasing) in the Automotive and Cosmetics industries for over 27 years. After my master's degree in engineering in Arts & Metiers School, I held operational functions in production, quality, new product development (NPD), but also manufacturing management positions, Industrial Director, as well as on a position of VP Operations in international and multi-cultural environments.Since 2015, I have also held responsibility for a commercial entity which offers the development and manufacturing of cosmetic products for private labels as well as for national brands. During my career, I was confronted with numerous challenges with, as a key, the definition and implementation of transformation and restructuring projects such as factory relocations or the definition of a new international logistics network for all of the Rocher Group's brands, resulting in a €10M reduction in OPEX. In close collaboration with the Group's Chairman and its EXCOM, I proposed and deployed medium and long-term strategic visions emphasizing operational excellence and cost reduction (OPEX) with a view to optimizing investments (CAPEX), while being particularly attentive to the subject of CSR and Sustainable Development, including a “Low Carbon” territory project on all of the Rocher Group's industrial and logistics sites in Brittany. My leadership and team management skills allowed me to lead these transformation projects. I also systematically seek to put teams in a climate of trust and to promote good behavior in order to allow everyone to develop their talents and everyone to gain collective efficiency.
