My role involve managing all the assets of the project from the purchase to the resale including the maintenance (120 million euros budget) : - Lifting equipment : 20 tower cranes, 15 mobiles crane, 3 crawler cranes.- Excavating equipment : 5 Excavator 30T, 15 excavator 8T, 5 Clamshell, 20 dump trucks- 20 trailer- 2 concrete plant- 150 cars and pickup- numerous temporary offices

Responsible for the Testing and commissioning of the Tunnel Ventilation System. It's made of 50 axial of 300kW and 15 jet fan of 80kW. this system is design primarily to extract the smoke in case of Fire in the tunnel but can be also use to improve the natural ventilation of the tunnel My role include the delivery of the system to the client and the acceptance by the local authorities.

I manage a team of 5 engineers.I drive the Engineering Company responsible for the design of the new plantI select the utilities (equipments and contractor) that are under my responsibility (budget 4 millions of euros) I follow the design and erection the following utilities: water network, cooling system, compressed air, vacuum, etc.I assist the team during the "cold test", commissioning and "heating up".Results:The design of the plant has been finalized on time (spec, isometrics, drawings are all finalized)Half of the equipment has been ordered. The remaining are under negotiation.

I'm in charge of the LPG station (storage of 200m3, vaporization and mixing) to back up the natural gas supply (1 million €). I assist the team during the commissioning and "heating up".Results:The detail design of the plant has been optimized (10% reduction in pipe length) All the utilities have been completed earlier than scheduled and within the budget.The LPG back up station is running and operational (first time this equipment has been use in SG plant.The plant is now running smoothly and has one of the best yields of the company.
