En juin 2018, j'ai co-fondé TharGo avec Charlotte Limousin et Laure Pichot. Nos trois activités sont : * accompagner des structures dans la création de formations solidaires sur des métiers émergents et/ou en tension. Par exemple : la formation “Creative technologist”, à destination de personnes non-titulaires du baccalauréat, sur laquelle nous accompagnons le makerspace ICI Montreuil. * créer et porter nous même ce type de formations. Par exemple : notre formation Référent-e Web polyvalent-e, elle aussi à destination à des personnes non-titulaires du baccalauréat. * conseiller et accompagner les organisations sur la formation professionnelle, l’innovation technologique (autour du web notamment) et managériale (méthodes agiles, approches de type startup, etc.), et autres sujets contribuant à la réalisation de nos convictions. Par exemple, un cours en ligne que nous avons réalisé pour INCO, ou “Engagées” un séminaire d’“empouvoirement” féminin, porté par le CERFAL.En effet, chez Thargo, on est convaincu-e-s d'une chose : * des formats alternatifs et solidaires de formation peuvent ouvrir des horizons épanouissants, sur des métiers qui offrent des belles perspectives d’évolution …* … et ce à tout type de profil. En particulier à celles et ceux qui rencontrent des obstacles à l’entrée de ces carrières, qu’ils soient financiers, liés au parcours, au manque de diplômes, à l’origine territoriale, à l’âge, au genre, ou encore à l’auto-censure.A côté de TharGo, je suis :* fondateur et Président d'EKigai Stratégies, mon entreprise personnelle de conseil et formation* investisseur chez Quizfl!p, un objet connecté favorisant l'apprentissage par coeurAussi, de 2013 à 2017, j'ai co-fondé et dirigé Simplon.co, une formation solidaire et gratuite à la programmation informatique prioritairement ouverte aux non-diplômé-e-s, demandeur-se-s d'emploi, personnes originaires de quartiers populaires et de zones rurales - avec un fort objectif de parité hommes/femmes.

Simplon.co is an intensive (6 months) and free-as-beer training on web/mobile development and digital social entrepreneurship.Simplon.co has two main specificities:* the training is based on practice, on an intensive, immersive, and horizontal ("peer-learning") format* primarily focused in high-motivation profiles, but that remain under-represented in the web (women, poor neighborhoods, minorities, countryside, etc.), as well as to digital project developers with a social, educational, environmental or general interest dimensionCreated in April 2013, Simplon.co trained its first promotion from October to April, 2014, with positive results, and has started deploying its model in other territories in the last year:* in a sensitive neighbourhood in a “banlieue” of Paris, Villeneuve-la-Garenne (the trainer was a former student of Simplon.co)* in Cluj, in Romania - also founded by a former student* in a village of Ardèche, in a French rural area ("Simplon Village")* in Marseille, at the Ecole Centrale, an engineering “Grande Ecole”, where a former student of Simplon.co will train young learners coming from the working class neighbourhoods of the city* in a poor neighborhood in Johannesburg, in South-AfricaOne objective of the training is to provide operational expertise to its students and to support them towards employment, or towards the implementation of a digital social entrepreneurial project if they have one, by offering them the opportunity to develop it themselves, to almost zero cost. Notably digital solutions that contribute to solve real-world problems they know from life experience, in diverse territories and communities.For example, a learner who came from the sensitive district Les Beaudottes, in Sevran, created a mobile application that is similar to FixMyStreet, but that he adapted to the specific needs of this district. He is now negotiating with the housing office for a monetized subscription.

Takative was a web agency that aimed at experiencing new business models for traditionnal SMBs that felt that digital tools and strategies could leverage theur activity.In Takative, among other activities, I designed websites and webapps interfaces and architectures for small and middle businesses and major accounts (notably Publicis, Loreal and BMW)

Consultant on digital strategies, notably worked for the French government (online watch on the stakeholders in debates around nanotechnologies).
