Having worked for 7 years between France and Japan in cultural publishing, as a sales and marketing director, I have managed teams of very different professions and cultures. In 2004, I decided to put my experience at the service of companies through advice, coaching and training by training in ad hoc techniques and methods (transactional analysis, trainer training, coach training ...).Having continued to travel by expatriating to Southeast Asia and Qatar in particular, I specialized in analyzing the structure and culture of organizations, supporting change, intercultural themes and international development .Trained in creativity techniques, I use them in my interventions to explore innovative options, enrich the spectrum of solutions and energize teams.Finally, passionate about the transmission of skills and adult education, I support organizations in the implementation of innovative and autonomous skills development systems.In addition to the management of MC Consulting, I am chairing ATOA, a school of Transactional Analysis in the fields of Counselling and Organization.
