This project aimed at identifying the mechanismsresponsible for the anti-inflammatory effects of a drug in phase III of clinical trials. My work included design and handling of the research project; design and performing of in vivo and in vitro experiments using both human and mouse models as well as technologies such as multiparametric flow cytometry, ELISA and ELISPOT; analysis of the results; redaction of activity reports as well as meetings and presentation of my results to representatives of the pharmaceutical company. I was also involved in the management of the technical staff and the students of the team.

Identification and validation of new biomarkers of memory CD8 T in response to infection in vivo (Flu, Vaccinia and Listeria), using microarray analyses, flow cytometry and functional analysis in vitro. This project was part of a program involving an academic lab and 3 biotech companies .
