A highly demanding role, I benefited from a proactive approach to work utilising excellent coordinating, organising and communication skills. I was responsible for all operational project management activities for the realisation of a one hundred seats engineering office and a 3400m² production facility for heavy offshore equipment with a total budget of €4M. The project was completed ahead of schedule and with less than 1% variations costs with a high degree of client satisfaction.
