I ensure that the year-end, mid-year, and quarterly financial reports are prepared in accordance with PSAK, tax regulations, and Pasar Modal requirements.I am responsible for the operational accounting functions and the preparation and interpretation of all general financial statements, including the quarterly and annual reports for submission to government institutions (IDX & OJK) and to stockholders. I also oversee the financial statement closing process and report to the Group Finance team in Hong Kong as part of the Group reporting.I administer the accounting practices throughout the organization to ensure that financial and operating reports are accurately prepared. This includes ensuring that the Company's accounting records are up to date and accurate, and performing analysis and necessary reconciliations.I was also responsible for the implementation of IFRS 16 and the Group Leasing Management System (GLMS) for the company's more than 400 leases. I develop and implement new processes and models for new projects, coordinating with the Group Finance team and other countries to support and achieve the company's goals.
