I stand at the head of a profit center and animate my sector. As a part of the Executive Board committee, I take decisions in dialogue with the other sector managers and stipulate the rate to follow on socially, business and commercial areas. I work autonomous and stand for the training of the sales consultants and department managers. On account of my function as a manager I’m responsible for the development of my staff.I run these departments with a team of 7 salesmen and 2 department managers.
