• Prepare material request by email and excel formats.
• Liaise with the logistic team to plan the shipping dates of materials as required on the worksite and deck space.
• Maintain records of the outstanding materials requested.
• Receive and check materials received by chopper and supply vessel and ensure that all materials are correct with proper documentation and certificates.
• Prepare delivery notes for the materials to be dispatch.
• Ensure that all the lifting gears and baskets has valid lifting certificates and properly color coded.

• Create/updates daily vessel/barge POB
• Prepare construction daily/weekly/monthly progress report and submit to the company man/construction team
• Maintain and update daily timesheet for construction crew onboard
• Maintain or organize all documents including drawings, delivery notes, work procedures etc. in a proper manner
• Organize room/cabin assignments of the incoming and outgoing boat passenger
• Update and monitor all passes and certificates of personnel onboard

Work as an instructor on General Engineering Department.Handle major subjects for General Engineering Students such Trigonometry, Physics, Solid Mensuration, and Engineering DrawingAttends Academical Seminars conducted by associated Universities.

Prepares transmittal for the materials that we send and received.Coordinates with Bureau of Customs with the documents needed to send materials.
