Develop, maintain and monitor quality control standards and policies for the componay to follow. Overseeing quality management system ensuring compliance to AS 9100 requirements through regular Internal Auditing and providing recommendations for compliance and improvement of the management system.Represents the organization understanding the client reqiurements to develop proper quality planning and quality control processes.

Create and develop product model drawing and product specification, and recommend appropriate material to satisfy application. Prepare detailed manufacturing process flow and material and product test applications. Coordinate and manage project completion from quotation making, material purchasing requirements and monitoring of fabrication development. Conduct client site visit during initial stage of project development to ensure specification requirements are detailed and documented.

Work with engineering design in providing initial product model drawing. Provide measurement data using 3D Scanner for complex data surface acquisition, Coordinate Measuring Machine and other reverse engineering measuring equipment. Perform material analysis for product design development. Design and develop (as needed) product verification plans and respective test method. Ensure that process validation from raw material inspection, in-line processes and final inspection are implemented as planned. Participate in complaint investigation and failure analysis of returned products: document findings, provide reports and analysis. Work with Quality Management Representative in ensuring that process needed for quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. Conduct internal auditing at plan interval to ensure quality system and continual improvement plans are implemented in line with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Compile and institute quality matrix to present at Management Review Meetings to trend, recommend, and implement corrective actions and follow-up, when necessary.

Generates Inspection Standard. Generates required quality system procedures and document customer requirements. Implement Effective failure analysis and conduct parts evaluation. Implements Statistical Process Control and conduct Measurement Analysis. Design effective inspection system. Participates in reviewing and improving Engineering Control Plan and FMEA to indicate countermeasures stated on corrective action reports. Initiates action to prevent occurrence of any non-conformities related to the product and report process. Identifies customer needs in accordance to Integrated Management System requirements. Provides liaison with customer representatives. Participates in surveys of customer reaction complaints regarding quality problems. Conduct quality system audit as appropriate.
