Responsible for the startup phase of the implementation of the complete Raet product portfolio including eHRM, personnel administration and salary administration for all 65.000 employees of the new Dutch organization Corps National Police. Comprehensive context existing of a reorganization of 26 corps to a structure comprised by 10 regional units, 1 national unit and a supporting Police Service Center, together with the transition of a diverse set of HRM processes within the 26 corps to 1 set of harmonized HRM processes across the whole National Police. In parallel responsible for implementations of the Raet product portfolio at multiple municipal organizations including waste processing and cleaning organization Dar based in Nijmegen and the new employment agency Werk en Inkomen Lekstroom based in Nieuwegein.

Responsible for the program to migrate 16 corporate Raet clients from the former Raet product portfolio to their current SaaS solution supporting eHRM, personnel administration and salary administration processes, including Océ, ABB, Monsanto and Mazars, within a very short timeframe of 4 months. In parallel responsible for the implementation of the Raet product portfolio at 2 new business clients, i.e. Merck, Sharp & Dohme and Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs. Meanwhile supporting the responsible Business Unit Manager in his activities to further optimize existing business processes at Professional Services.

Advising the Projectmanager HR to ensure timely implementation of outsourced personnel and salary administration at Raet BPO. My role is based on 10 months experience as projectmanager for Raet implementing the Raet product portfolio at their customers, where MSD was one of the customers. Aspen has acquired the active pharmaceutical ingredients plant and its 950 employees from MSD, and has decided to continue personnel and salary administration with Raet.

Head of the ICT function and Management Team member of the Philip Morris Holland organisation, reporting to the General Manager. Established a culture change from passive behaviour and firefighting into proactive and customer oriented behaviour combined with continuous improvement, following the Jacques Fischer Evolution method and lean manufacturing. Reorganised the ICT function itself and fulfilled a leading role in the Philip Morris Holland wide reorganisation with the objective to reduce 200 FTE. Responsible for ICT vision, strategy and innovation together with a 61 FTE organisation and based on a € 12 million budget. Covering the full scope of ICT services including desktop services (1400 seats) and applications (SAP, Microsoft, Siemens process control) as well as infrastructure (160 servers, SAN storage, network) and telecommunications (including IPT and mobile telephony), based on ITIL processes and PMP project management methodology (comparable to Prince2).

Responsible for change management within the business functions and the ICT function during the preparation phase towards the go-live of an international project, as well as the hypercare phase following the go-live. Objective of the project was inventory reduction within the whole supply chain from consumer markets in Japan, Italy, Spain, France and Benelux, goods in transit in trucks/trains until the inventory in the supplying factory in Bergen op Zoom in order to reduce € 300 million of working capital resulting in € 15 million savings in operational costs. Prepared the Marketing & Sales organisations, the central EU Supply Chain organisation and the factory in Bergen op Zoom for the new processes and systems. Steering committee was formed by members of the PMI Executive Management Team including the Senior VP Operations, VP Finance EU and CIO.

Responsible for the ICT part of a project with the objective to reduce the HR organisations of the 14 Swiss entities of Philip Morris International by 100 FTE, outsourcing part of the activities to internal shared service centers in Krakow, Poland, and centers of expertise in Madrid, Spain, outsourcing payroll administration to an external service provider, Ariso, and applying a self-service model to basic administration activities using the SAP Portal solution. Total saving of operational costs amounted to CHF 15 million per year.
