Polyolefin Process Engineer
Current• Oversees feasibility studies, major and minor modifications (CAPEXes) to improve plant process safety and environmental compliance.• Coordinates all technical support programs with Vendors & Licensors. Liaises with the Process Licenses and Equipment manufacturers to ensure that the plants are updated with the latest developments.• Process Design including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipments etc. • Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.• Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations on major or minor modifications (CAPEXes).
