At the Illinois Center for Transportation I led the development and implementation of innovative mobility technologies that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency of transportation systems. I am also the founder of 3ipe a road and airfield pavement engineering company. I am actively involved in several pavement-related organizations, such as ISCP, PIARC, ASTM, and ALACPA, and I have served as an adviser to universities.
