•- Responsible for the marketing and sales of the thermoplastic elastomer Sibstar, a styrene-isobutylene-styrene block copolymer, used for polyolefine modification and adhesive applications. - Responsible for market introduction of a novel core shell rubber toughening system for liquid curable resin mainly used within adhesive and composite applications. - To handle the European projects related with heat conductive materials used within electronic applications.

• Responsible for technical contact with (potential) customers related with impact and flow modifiers, mainly for PVC applications (core shell rubber modifiers). To initiate and optimize technical service laboratory tests related to the evaluation of impact and flow modifiers for PVC applications. (February 2002 – April 2010).•To co-ordinate the new business development task force group. To initiate and structure potential new business development projects making use of core shell rubber technology. (April 2007 – March 2010)- To co-ordinate internally the marketing of impact and light diffusing modifiers used within “engineering plastics”. (April 2008 – April 2011).
