My current position is Pronto Xi Trainer at Synergy, in which I am training new and existing staff regarding Pronto Xi processes and procedures. Working closely with the Head of IT and Pronto Xi Migration Team, developing training collateral converting processes and procedures for all implemented Pronto Xi modules such as SO/PO, Inventory, GL, Cognos, AP and AR, etc. I'm creating an organization wide continuous learning program for Pronto XI Having worked at Reward Hospitality in Yatala for 5 years as pronto manager / specialist, in which I managed IT applications and ERP team, undertake system process analysis and project management to improve IT systems and business efficiencies. Identification and implement improvements to the Pronto ERP and other critical business applications including: Optio/Transform, Redmap, Netstock, Esker, JobTrak, etc.Before that I worked 7 years as ERP Manager & Inventory Controller with Minecorp Vehicle Solutions, a vehicle safety fit out specialist located in Acacia Ridge, in which I was responsible for the ongoing management of the ERP system (Pronto) alongside inventory control, procurement, warehouse management and data integrity. Before that I have worked for almost 5 years as Inventory Controller and Warehouse Dispatch Team leader with Bunzl in Brisbane. Before my emigration from The Netherlands in 2006, I worked for 7 years for IKEA in the Netherlands as a logistics Administration team leader/ trainer/ inventory, stock controller/ co-worker, Furthermore, I also obtained a diploma in Middle Management and Business Management in 2010. Above all I am a supply chain team player combining my monitoring, controlling and training experience together with my time management, analytical and communication skills alongside advanced Microsoft computer skills
