Engineering – Construction• Pioneer of Robinsons Gapan• Part of the Mall Opening Committee.• Leads the technical group of RGapan Operations team.• Assist the RLC Construction group in the turnover of spaces.• Provide Blow-up plans of utilities for each tenant.• Provide inventories and monitors the installation of mall provided utilities for leased spaces.• Witnesses the testing of each equipment and MEFPS utilities.• Ensuring the installation of MEFPS is within the mall guidelines.• Purchase of tools and maintenance supplies needed for Operations.• Coordinate with Third party manpower provider for the hiring of multiskilled technicians.Engineering – Operations• Leading, managing and overseeing the Robinsons Gapan Engineering Department composed of 3 Engineers and 17 Multi-skilled technicians• Responsible for planning engineering projects and overseeing the efficient running of projects, including providing supervision and guidance to other engineers.• Responsible for Engineering financials: propose, formulate, monitor and utilize budget for Engineering repairs, maintenance and projects.• Conducts Pre-Planning and Pre-Construction meeting to tenants to discuss the mall guidelines to tenants.• Review and approve incoming tenant’s MEPFS plans prior to their construction• Approve tenant’s work permit for their construction.• Conducts inspection on constructing tenants to impose the mall construction guidelines• Responsible for the in-depth study and implementation of new projects and/or repair and maintenance of machine and equipment including inspection, documentation, bidding, report and approval from upper management• Serves as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the mall and ensuring the mall is environment compliantu

Mall Engineer• Makes regular inspection of assigned buildings and facilities to determine current condition• Provide technical and safety Audit on tenants• Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall regulations and policies• Supervise repair of systems so that issues are resolved in a safe and timely manner• Approve tenant’s work permit for their repairs, maintenance, expansion and construction• Review and approve incoming tenant’s MEPFS plans prior to their construction• Conducts inspection on constructing tenants to impose the mall construction guidelines• Actively participates and even hold a role in the building’s emergency response team and its activities• Serves as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the mall and ensuring the mall is environment compliantPlant Engineer• Monitors and execute equipment scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs through Computerized Maintenance Monitoring System (CMMS)• Provides direct planning and supervision, which includes electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, engineering management and construction works• Electrical system predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and analysis through the use of Thermal Infrared Scanner and Power Quality Analyzer• Issues and orders equipment tools and supplies• Coordinate, request bid and negotiate to external contractors/suppliers for ongoing and incoming projects• Reviews proposal from contractors/suppliers, prepare bid tabulation and seek approval from Senior managers• Responsible for the in-depth study and implementation of new projects and/or repair and maintenance of machine and equipment including inspection, documentation, bidding, report and approval from upper management

• Review electrical, FDAS and Auxiliary systems plans• Familiarization and implementation of electrical plans and specification• Provides direct planning and supervision, which includes installation of Electrical ,FDAS and Auxiliary systems• Technical Coordination with other contractors• Issues and orders equipment tools and supplies• Prepares weekly accomplishment reports• Ensures all documents and drawings are issued on time and site corrections are captured in as builts• Attends tool box meetings for construction timelines and concerns• Draft as-built electrical plans
