As an Electronics Engineering graduate from Politeknik Caltex Riau, I have a strong foundation in technical skills and problem-solving abilities. I leveraged these skills to transition into the field of Human Resources, where I have been working for over four years at SD Guthrie, one of the world's largest palm oil producers.In my current role as HR Payroll, I am responsible for managing the payroll process for more than 400 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. I also handle the RSPO certification, which is a global standard for sustainable palm oil production. I have successfully completed multiple cyber security and HR certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR)®, which demonstrates my commitment to continuous growth and excellence in my field.I am excited about exploring new opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in HR and related areas.
