The procurement team within LeanIX consists of 2 people: the ProcurementPrincipal, and myself. In my role as Procurement Associate I am, among other things,responsible for the following:- Shepherd the SaaS renewal flow. This includes improvements, savings,reducing under-usage, overpayments, duplications.- Leading negotiations for renewals.- Liaise between procurement and stake-holding departments to gathernecessary approvals and signatures.- Provide deal flow guidance and recommendations to business owners.- Contract reviews.- Market benchmarking and analysis.- Handle all operational sourcing queries with swift execution.- Heavily involved in Software Consolidation to SAP where I Liaise betweenSAP and LeanIX to push software consoldiations.- Consulted on Vendor Migration to SAP where I set-up necessary guidance forthe Line of business to onboard their critical vendors into the SAP systems.

MN Service NV is a pension provider and asset management company. As a buyer I am part of a procurement team which consists of 4 members including myself. All the activities MN Services spend money on, the procurement team is involved. As a buyer I am responsible for following the correct procedures in our internal systems. You can think of P2P and Contract management. Besides I am the first point of contact for our internal stakeholders. Lastly, I have a small portfolio of contracts to manage both in facility and IT.

OppoSuits is a Dutch apparel company that produces eye-catching clothing, namely suits, blazers, shirts, shorts, sweaters and onesies, since 2012. The clothing, which are available for men, women and boys, are great for all kinds of occasions; Christmas, Halloween, Carnaval or any other party or festival are a few examples. As Account Manager I was the first point of contact for our European and Australian wholesale customers. This means responsible for both existing customers as generating new business. One of the main ways of generating new business was through tradeshows. I was in the lead of preparing the trade shows, but also one of the representatives on our stand in Las Vegas, Berlin and Nuremberg

Coolblue is one of the biggest online electronics retailers of The Netherlands. As a Category Buyer I am responsible for all buying activities for Camera Accessories. It is my job to optimize sales and margin as much as possible. Together with my Product Manager we arrange different pricing strategies to do so. Furthermore, I am continuously in contact with several suppliers, such as Canon, Sony and DJI, to get the best deals possible. You could see those assortments (e.g., Gimbals, binoculars, or camera bags) all as separate projects which I have to manage and balance all together.

Passa Sports is the biggest online sports specialist of the Benelux and with that one of the biggest online webshops in The Netherlands. As a Junior Buyer for Passa Sports I was responsible for a lot of assortments. On the one side I was ordering brands like Nike, adidas and Puma on a weekly basis to optimize our supply chain. Therefore I was in close contact with brands like Nike, adidas and Puma to place orders on a weekly basis. On the other hand, to maximize revenue and margins I had to apply different pricing strategies per assortment. This included competitive analyses on a weekly basis to adjust my pricing strategies if necessary. Furthermore, I was the first point of contact for both our logistics and our administration. With VoetbalDirect we have realized a growth of 72% for the year 2021. During my marketing and communications study I also successfully completed two internships at Passa Sports over the period January 2016 – Jun 2017, and worked part-time in between those two internships.
