Tropical Forest Alliance project - Southeast Asia ProgramThe Tropical Forest Alliance was founded in 2012 at Rio+20 after the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) committed to zero net deforestation by 2020 for palm oil, soy, beef, and paper and pulp supply chains in 2010. The CGF partnered with the US government to create the public-private alliance with the mission of mobilizing all actors to collaborate in reducing commodity-driven tropical deforestation. Aiming towards transition to a Circular Economy, Zero Pollution and sustainable palm oil production, the TFA’s mission is in line with The European Green Deal. Main tasks: • Facilitated the international multistakeholder partnership platform initiated to support the implementation of private-sector commitments to remove deforestation from palm oil, beef, soy and pulp/paper supply chains.• Leased between different actors to deepen understanding and build trust - Governments of Southeast Asian nations, local and provincial governments, private sector, CSOs, Indigenous Peoples organizations, focusing on how to reduce deforestation and forest fire in a manner that boost sustainable economic growth.• Close cooperation with the various Indonesian actors involved in Green Agenda related sectors: Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Development Planning.• Shared evidence-based best practices and mobilization, promoting shared-agenda to support the government and catalysing private sector engagement in reducing emissions with emboldening integrity of the ecosystem. Aligning commodity perspectives, the private sector and smallholder farmers shared the issue of de-risk commodity-sourcing by establishing a priority value of a multi-stakeholder collaboration to operate effectively in sub-national jurisdiction.

Indonesia

The Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) managed the Fund in close collaboration with the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) - in reducing emission intensity and greenhouse gases emission through actions of low carbon development and adaptation on climate change impact. Strived to integrate climate change issues into Development Plans at the national, provincial and regional level as well as implementing the initiatives on climate change mitigation and adaptation. Through leveraging and channelling of domestic resources and international funds into projects aligned with Indonesia’s RAN/RAD-GRK implementation plan, the ICCTF supports Indonesia’s 26% / 41% emission reduction target. Managed and supervised all ICCTF international cooperation projects including: Coral Reef Rehabilitation and Management Program - Coral Triangle Initiative (COREMAP-CTI), funded by Global Environmental Facility (GEF) grants managed by the World Bank (WB) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) – to produce innovation models of development, especially in the management of coastal and marine ecosystems in a sustainable manner and support efforts to deal with the impacts of climate change in the marine and fisheries sector. Managed the Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund - USD 70,000 the annual budget. Land-Based Mitigation, Adaptation & Resilience, Energy and Marine Program incorporating a total of 102 projects at 114 locations across Indonesia - amounting to USD 20 million with addition of USD 11 million blended funds. Facilitated multi-stakeholder engagement: International development partners, private sector, civil society, line ministries and local governments, in project funding, management and evaluation based on participatory approaches– in line with the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) and the European Green Deal.

Restoration ecosystem project - co-funded by international cooperation WB, USAID, WWF, UKaid, KfWManaged the ecosystem restoration initiative that protects wildlife in partnership with the community in Bukit Tigapuluh. The area managed by PT ABT is a buffer zone for the Bukit Tigapuluh National Park. PT Panda Lestari and the Sumatran Forest Ecosystem Conservation Foundation (KEHUS) are shareholders in PT Alam Bukit Tigapuluh. Main tasks: • Supported district governments together with other collaborating government agencies and nongovernment partners to develop Forest Restoration Concession• Capacity building on sustainable forest management, certification and best practices, which involve issues surrounding restoration of HPH concessions.• Supported the governance of REDD+ initiatives through research and development, training, baseline assessment, MRV, finance, and the creation of enabling conditions that help reduce its barriers. • Facilitated the process of incorporating Forest and Climate change initiative in community-based forest management options and existing initiatives for improving forest-based livelihoods in combination with REDD payment mechanisms.

• Advised the CEO and the Board to ensure an integrated planning activities and priority setting are developed, understood and implemented by each sub-program and/or in all 24 sites are conducted properly, including the following programmes in the assignment period (2009-2011): Biodiversity Conservation Program in Indonesia, WWF Papua Program, Signing Blue Programme, Seafood Savers program, Responsible Marine Tourism Program. • Kalimantan Tropical Forest Conservation Act (TFCA-Kalimantan/TFCA 2, 2010 – 2020, US$28.5 million) - international cooperation program between the United States Government and the Government of Indonesia, debt-for-nature swap 5 - the US$28.5 million agreement, creating models for forest conservation and sustainable economic development in Kalimantan, Indonesian Borneo, the third-largest island in the world, home to unique species such as orangutans, gibbons, clouded leopards, “pygmy” elephants, hornbills, and up to 15,000 flowering plants.• Coordinated the WWF Indonesia team on green economy concepts in close coordination with the Ministers of BAPPENAS, forestry, environment, home affairs, economy and public work, and provided technical assistance to provincial and kabupaten governments on the structural processes of Presidential Decree on Islands Spatial Plan. Enabled that technical and financial support is easily accessible and effective for green development initiative and Biodiversity Conservation Program in Indonesia. • The international corporation here means a funding project form those agencies. Most of WWF projects are supported by bilateral and multilateral agencies, WWF global alliance and private sectors. Coordinated the following projects:o Multi Cross-Cutting Program and Oversight Project with other directorate and external partner organizations and government As a technical adviser, oversight all project/programs national and international (any project listed during my period), so it is not specifically.o Green Growth Financial Program - worked closely in cooperation with the Indonesian stock exchange and capital market to create a sustainable responsible index (SRI) to expand fiscal space to allow public investments in sustainable development program.o Grant Making Policy and Procedure (GMPP) program- oversaw and led the activation - a procedure mechanism for the resource mobilisation, managing fund and disbursement. o Tropical Forest Conservation Action for Sumatra (TFCA-Sumatra/TFCA 1, 2009 – 2017, 30 million US dollars)- international cooperation program between the United States Government and the Government of Indonesia also called Real Action for Conservation of Tropical Forests Sumatra is a debt-for-nature swap scheme 4 aimed at preserving forest areas tropics in Sumatra where the deforestation rate is very high, under the Tropical Forest Conservation Act (TFCA). Assisted the acceleration of financial flows to sustainable activities through the development of sound enabling frameworks of this innovative financial instrument.o Engaged with private sector, as an investor and as a recipient: to build on PPP modalities work on blending Green Finance sources in private sector investments in infrastructure, particularly sustainable power generation
