I spent over 25 years in the dynamic cross-over of retailing, marketing, technology and professional services. During that period I held local, European and Global positions in sales, marketing, product management and professional services.My biggest achievements are related to building new and improving existing "things" (teams, processes, products, etc.) to facilitate growth:- Reorganizing a local consulting group so that projects were delivered on-time, within budget.- Designing and implementing global product management processes and a product roadmap to ensure products met customers' expectations and delivered financial success.- Understanding and aligning people's skills with suitable positions within the organization to get maximum results from their talents.- Setting up and managing a European professional services team to deliver services to key-accounts that were beyond the means of the local teams.I worked with people from a wide range of nationalities, and with retailers as well as suppliers and solution-providers in a number of distribution channels. These companies were operating B2B as well as B2C.
