Erwin Fischer is the Senior Vice President of Services at Ultradent Products, Inc. He has been with Ultradent from the very beginning, for 40 years now. During his first five years at Ultradent, Erwin worked in Manufacturing, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting. For the next 30 years as the company grew he was the top IT executive, becoming a certified specialist in many different IT roles, and managing the growing IT team. He's a technology enthusiast and loves solving tough business needs, so for him this was very engaging. Erwin also supports Human Resources, Enterprise Project Management, Facilities, Safety, and Equipment Service Management, with a degree in Business Management, and has recently transferred IT leadership to a very strong, dedicated IT VP who has worked for him for over 15 years. Erwin’s very excited about the Ultradent journey as they continue their rapid growth – and is focused on helping to preserve their unique culture, and helping their teams as they mature and grow into 1st-class service entities. Away from Ultradent he enjoys time with his wife and 4 children doing astrophotography, Disney parks, and world travel.
