Within this new context I lead two transition projects moving activities from my team to TPV Taipei and setting up a new way of working. This involved cross team and cross cultural cooperation, guiding the project teams until successful introduction of TV sets according the new way of working.- Managing a multi-disciplinary team of 20 engineers.- Managing the creation, hardware validation and documentation of the TV mother board. - Planning and management of pre-development and development activities.- Project lead of sub projects.- Subcontract management of electrical development.- Optimizing processes and way of working within the team.- Optimizing the integration and cooperation with corporate owner TPV Technology. - Managing investments and budget of the team.
