• Conduct Plan Reviews for clash detection on For-Bidding Plans• Reviews and Prepares Bid Documents and other requirements• Provides detailed and accurate Quantity Take-off for Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works. Prepares BOQ/BOM with corresponding unit price analysis• Building Modelling via Computer Aided Applications such as BIM software• Design Analysis for possible Value Engineering• Handling External Relations with clients, designers and suppliers on corresponding project needs• Involved in Planning prior to site preparation and mobilization stage of the project• Involved in Reconciliation and Awarding of Trade Contractor works• Project Coordination, preparation of shop drawings, detailing and materials based on site requirements• Overseeing Accomplishments on different construction projects.• Conducts site visits for Quality Assurance• Preparation of Variation Orders in post-project completion stage• Task delegation and Team management to keeping track of colleagues progress• Conducting Research on current developments in construction practices and standards
