Stichting Nieuw Thuis Rotterdam (SNTR) is a philanthropic endeavor of Stichting de Verre Bergen. Over 200 Syrian families are provided with a new home in Rotterdam. SNTR offers a full program to make these families feel at home and participate in Dutch society as quickly as possible. The program consists of suitable housing, intensive language classes, a children's development program, getting to know the city, and support in finding suitable education or work.As a member of the management team, I was responsible for the teams on program content (Labour Market, Child Development) and second-language acquisition, together consisting of 18 team members and over 30 freelancers. Previously, I led the organizational transformation team and managed the housing department.

IMC Charitable Foundation is the philanthropy branch of IMC Trading, with a special focus on disadvantaged youth. Grant recipients include IMC Weekendschool, Room to Read and The Bridge (high dosage math tutoring).As a Project Manager I was responsible for developing the corporate philanthropy strategy, evaluating grant requests, supporting grant recipients in measuring and reporting impact and engaging IMC employees.
