Data Entry and Software Management:- Promptly enter registrant data into LawMatics (LM) within 24 hours of registration.- Set up automated response emails for future workshops using LM.- Add attendees' information into LM for efficient management.Engagement and Communication:- Continuously engage registrants pre-Workshop to maximize attendance.- Respond to queries and provide necessary information leading up to the event.Post-Workshop Management:- Collect and input additional attendee information from scanned sheets into LM.- Handle requests to subscribe to the Elder Law e-newsletter and manage additions accordingly.Newsletter Creation:- Develop engaging Elder Law/Estate Planning newsletters using provided legal articles.- Utilize Canva and available content to create visually appealing newsletters.- Gather relevant photos from the firm's Facebook page to enhance newsletter content.Automation Creation and Implementation:- Creating Automation using the Firm's Software such as (Lawmatics, CLIO and Lawyaw)- Creating workflows- Maintaining System Automations
