Responsible for the administration of all electronic billing clients and vendors, includingdocumentation, training, analysis, reporting, and security.Partner with Billing Team and entire Finance Department to analyze, identify,recommend, and implement enhancements, management reports, and troubleshootingelectronic billing issues.Maintain profile for each electronic billing vendor being utilized, including policies andcontact information. Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. Applies revisions to host system firmware and software.
