Nextdoor is a private social neighborhood app that connects millions of neighbors worldwide. As of the beginning of 2016 we have launched Nextdoor in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. I'm responsible for daily Operations for the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain. On a daily basis that means managing our support efforts, focusing on product improvements that smoothen neighbor interactions and analysing product performance and community engagement.

Responsible for the Trust and Safety aspects of trading on Marktplaats. Through customer education and our customer focused notification system we are keeping fraud at low levels.Next to fighting fraud I also manage team members that focus on the quality aspects within the Customer Service department. Main focus lies on improving customer effort score and First time right capabilities.

Changing the bank in order to fulfill the needs of our customers. That wraps it up in a nutshell. On daily basis this means enabling and coaching senior management in finding the right causes for different problems and helping them solve those problems.

At CC Zorgadviseurs I worked as a consultant on Healthcare Logistics projects.

I developed a tool to simulate a hospital based on historical patient data. With this model I could predict bed occupancy based on the historic demand. This simulation tool was sold to and used by 6 different hospitals to calculate efficiency improvements.
