I have worked as a brand storyteller and a head of copywriting, editing, and publishing at BNP Paribas Fortis, one of the largest banks in Belgium. I have managed communication projects, campaigns, and channels for internal and external stakeholders, covering topics such as change, crisis, innovation, and sustainability. I have also developed and implemented communication frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of the content.
