As a Recruitment Consultant responsible for SSC/BPO/CoE and Finance&Accounting projects as: - AP, AR, GL Accountants, Team Leaders, Supervisors, - Transition - Internal Audit- Financial Analyst, Controlling- Continuous Improvements & Quality - Tax Experts

• Sourcing candidates• Proactively approaching candidates (direct search)• Partial responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process• New recruitment channels identification• Market investigation/research• Conducting initial telephone conversations with candidates• Providing a response to open applications and/or responses to media campaigns• Managing and update the CRM database (candidates, clients, projects) on a daily basis• Managing all documentation and back office related to the search - target and longlists, candidate documentation, media advertisements.
