As part of the Advanced Programs team leadership, developed and executed on a proposal approved by Amazon SVPs to (i) hire a cross-functional team of 40 engineers and product/program managers, (ii) develop a standalone warehouse management system and custom integration with Amazon systems, and (iii) launch a next-generation fulfillment center handling production orders, all within 9 months of program approval. Individual responsibilities included development and execution of the software integration strategy, recruiting and hiring of ~20 engineers within software, establishment and management of SW development process and strategy in support of the aggressive timeline, and management of SW support and continuous improvement of the installed system. In year 2, developed and executed on a new design for a new application that set time-to-deploy, scale, and labor savings records across Amazon fulfillment.

Working with the broader Kiva organization, TAMs provide a single point of contact for site operations teams to get technical information, escalate problems, provide input to product development roadmaps, and more.
