Lead 4 salesman (TO Mix, and TO Exclusive).2. Manage and monitoring target each salesman.3. Makes sure AVIS (Availibility and Visibility) report from salesman implemented standard position.4. Manage stock from each outlet.5. Fix flow process retur product --> to minimize disappointment from customer.6. Increasing value Sell Out +5% vs LY.
