During Area Sales Devopment Program divide on 2 phase. OJT 1st phase, i learned about terminologi in sales division flow process from sales and distribution, and how to lead the team to drive the results. 2 kinds of skills which i learned.1. Soft skills: Leadership, Communication, Presentation, Manage team, Negotiation, and Decision making.2. Hardskill: Data analyst, Microsoft excel, Microsoft power point.OJT 2nd Phase i'm acting as a Head of Area in Rengat distributor;I handled 3 regecies (Indragiri Hulu, Indragiri Hilir, and Taluk Kuansing) which have average value 600mio rupiah.These are my responsibilites: 1. Lead 4 salesman (TO Mix, and TO Exclusive).2. Manage and monitoring target each salesman.3. Makes sure AVIS (Availibility and Visibility) report from salesman implemented standard position.4. Manage stock from each outlet.5. Fix flow process retur product --> to minimize disappointment from customer.6. Increasing value Sell Out +5% vs LY.
