I'm responsible for fielding and resolving inquiries via phone, chat, and other potential contact methods within the SBO Call Center. Expectations of this role include providing exceptional customer service, striving to anticipate and meet the needs of our client’s consumers, treating all consumers and colleagues with dignity and respect, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards. The Customer Service Representative reports to the department Manager and maintains a working knowledge of service workflows and contact center technologies necessary to perform all job functions.

As CEO/Founder I'm responsible for my company's overall operations, driving/managing transportion for medical equipment and specimens. It also includes delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing my company's organizational structure, strategy, managing deliveries and pickups, taking orders, and sending invoices to clients, also document all movements of medical property or equipment.

Delivering a wide variety of items. Following delivery driving routes and time schedules. Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle.

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

I assist with assigning rooms to guests, issuing room cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.

I attend to the customers needs with purchasing products as well as assisting with finding products for the customers

My responsibilities were to fulfill work orders; install software, replace computers and printers, and surplus computers and printers.

My duties included taking customers’ orders, handling money, and taking food to the customers.
