I assist Attorney Roberta Santiago as an administrative assistant. I open and close files according to Agreement of Sales and Settlement, respectfully. I draft Agreements of Sale, Deeds, and Addendums to Agreements for our clients. I, additionally, record Deeds, Mortgages, and Assignment with Lebanon County and surrounding county Recorder of Deeds' Office. I assist Attorney Jessica Weaver with Lebanon County Children and Youth Services by scanning documents into Henry & Beaver’s directory, scheduling hearings for Dependency Hearings, Reviews, and Terminations, and preparing physical files for her review. Additionally, I assist Attorney Weaver with adoptions by drafting adoption petitions and supporting adoption documents, scheduling hearings, and contacting clients. I aLeo assist Attorney Amy Leonard with municipal work and collections. I notify property owners and prepare municipal liens according to Pennsylvania Municipal Code and Debt Collection laws. I also record Agreements and Easements in the Recorder of Deeds’s Office in Lebanon County and surrounding counties. I assist all three of these attorneys with court appointed arbitrations by coordinating arbitration hearings and contacting attorneys and pro bono work through MidPenn Legal Services by contacting the client and filing complaints.Lastly, I assist Attorney John Whitmoyer with filing bankruptcies in PACER and notifying our clients of their Creditor Meeting.

My responsibilities include organizing and prepping a general store/campground in the morning to meet the opening hours; meeting the required deadlines for delivery orders and making sure the orders are correct upon arrival; and scheduling and maintaining customers' camping reservations while selecting the proper requirements that meet their needs.

I assisted as a Criminal Defense paralegal for Attorney R. Scot Feeman. I helped draft motions, continuances, and prepped for upcoming trials. I opened files according and organized them according to upcoming trial dates and actions. Additionally, I updated his calendar with appointments and trial dates.
