■ Research, develop, and deliver in-person and virtual professional development that directly meets the needs for teachers and administrators and influences classroom instruction and student academic outcomes.■ Collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data Science teams to evaluate professional development effectiveness and improve its content.■ Partner with Educational Sales Consultants in over ten states to identify specific school and district needs and position IXL to meet those needs and to drive the sales process, from initial research to closing the opportunity.■ In partnership with lighthouse schools and districts, conduct research regarding the effectiveness of instructional strategies and their correlations with academic outcomes.■ Communicate instructional strategies to ensure educators execute effective implementation of IXL to meet school- and district-wide performance objectives.■ Focus on instructional strategies for ELL students, blended learning, and personalized learning as well as PISA implementation (PISA certified)Conference Presentations:*Minnesota TIES Conference, December 2016: Using Grit to Fuel Fluency (Breakout Session)*Arizona Rural Schools Association, September 2017: Using Blended Learning to Fuel Student Autonomy*Arizona Association of Teachers of Mathematics, September 2017: Engaging English Language Students in the Academic Language of Math*Wyoming Innovations in Learning, November 2017: Meeting the Needs of All Students Through Personalized Learning*Learning Forward, December 2017: From Opinion to Action: Becoming an Education Activist
