I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I received my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2018 where I focused on marital and family therapy. I completed my post graduate training at the Sexuality Training Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. I have a variety of experience working in different mental health settings from inpatient care to non-profit agencies. I work with clients who are interested in deepening their connection to themselves, others and the world around them. I enjoy working with adults in both individual and couples therapy. I specialize in working with poly/CNM issues, women’s issues, gender identity development, and a variety of sexual concerns including sexual dysfunction, pain, low desire, differing libidos, boundary setting, and communication challenges.Utilizing a collaborative, holistic and strength-based approach with all individuals, I believe in honoring each person’s unique life experiences and the intersectionality of who they are. I am grounded in a relational practice that values feminist theory and harm reduction. I bring creativity, humor and authenticity into my sessions. I help clients normalize the many experiences that occur across the lifespan that often creates isolation and shame in our lives, reminding you that you are not alone. I am a huge advocator for self-care and consider myself a pleasure activist. When I am not practicing, you can usually find me getting lost in a good book or spending time in nature or with my community.
