I was exposed to different facets of Human Resource such as recruitment, learning and development, benefits and compensation, administration, employee relations, policy and documentation, and employee labor.Currently, I am pursuing expertise and experience in Learning and Development, aiming to contribute to the growth and success of individuals and organizations through continuous pursuit in learning.Simultaneously, as a Certified Life Coach under Global Institute of Coaching and Entrepreneurship originally based in Addison Texas, I offer professional coaching services for individuals and groups using appropriate assessment and intervention tools necessary to the need of the client/s. It covers wide array of areas of concern such as career, personal goals, interpersonal relationships, mental wellness, and personality development.
