Taking data utilization of 12 plants to the next level e.g. by - guiding and coaching plant management groups and other personnel in using data and analytics to support the everyday decision-making- setting up and coaching a network of 20+ data stewards to improve data quality- driving wider usage of data by utilizing Azure stack tools, Power BI & Power Platform, setting up and coaching a network of 30+ BI developers to support plants in data-driven decision-making

Leading Valio’s centralized data utilization competence center and a strategic initiative for company-wide data-driven decision-making. The competence center consisted of professionals from a wide spectrum of expertise including business analytics, web analytics, consumer research and insight, and data science. The main utilization areas were sales, marketing and new product development.

Team leader of customer insight and business intelligence team. The area of responsibility includes the customer analytics based on loyalty card data, the analytics and reporting environment (Cognos, SPSS) as well as S Group’s main customer data warehouse.

E.g. solutions for email and sms marketing and communication, digital signage, member's personalized web service Asiakasomistaja Online, digital authentication solution for S Group and enterprise feedback management solution- The common web portal of S Group, S-kanava.fi- Internal marketing team for member marketing - Marketing development including marketing process development and digital marketing development, e.g. SEO and SEM
