Central Finland Mobility Foundation (Cefmof) promotes urban development where people and nature can co-exist in harmony through realizing a carbon-neutral and sustainable society.The foundation was established in January 2024 by the City of Jyväskylä, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing World Rally Team, and Toyota Mobility Foundation.Cefmof aims at advancing carbon neutrality, reducing greenhouse emissions, and fostering a more mobile society in close collaboration with a wide range of partners, including the local community and citizens, businesses and educational institutions.At Cefmof, my task is to manage selected projects and initiatives and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

I managed a project to grow and accelerate research-based business in Jyväskylä.Working with innovation experts and researchers at VTT, University of Jyväskylä, Jamk University of applied sciences and the Startup Factory, we identified innovations that were at risk of falling outside of existing commercialization paths and created, tested and documented an operating model and actions to boost their commercialization.Moreover, we created a communication concept and action plan to guide communication towards researchers in a targeted and consistent manner.I presented the results and recommendations to the management teams of participating organizations, resulting in several new actions taken immediately.
