Mechanical engineering co-op student with a love for all things that move. Whether it be cars, planes, or bikes; I have a passion for understanding what makes each one of them work. It is this immense curiosity that has led me to where I am today.I am a 4th year student at the University of Alberta with 16 months of impactful mechanical engineering co-op experience. My exposure to a variety of mechanical engineering duties has broadened my competency and inspired me to take on any engineering challenge thrown my way. Some highlights of my co-op experience include developing a rod lift spacer to safely support a bundle of steel rods when lifted by an overhead crane and testing a prototype for compressed air pipeline systems.There is more to life than work and school! In my free time, you are likely to find me playing ice hockey or modifying my cars. I have been skating since the age of 6 and have loved the game of hockey for longer than I can remember. My love for cars grew rapidly after I purchased my first car at the age of 16. That car has since become a personal project of mine that I am constantly working on and modifying to my taste.
