Epic Tapestry Analyst

Training for certification in Tapestry, followed by 1 year contract with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center

The Anderson is a state of the art Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility. As the premier nursing home in Cincinnati, The Anderson offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, skilled nursing services, and long-term nursing care too.

• Assist with expense reports• Order office supplies and maintain kitchen beverage supplies• Coordinate employee engagement activities• Schedule phone and in-person interviews• Upload partner contracts and verify partner information in Sales Force• Collect new hire paperwork and maintain employee files• Coordinate with building services for security and maintenance needs

Setting up call times between experts and clients.

-Cold Calling-Data Entry-Researching contact information about colleges

• Answer phones, greet candidates• Handle personal bills for president of the company• Maintain CEO’s calendar• Travel arrangements for 3 executives • Create contracts for new employees and collect new hire paperwork• Enter new employees into payroll and time portal system• Prepare for payroll (collect contractors hours, contact managers for approval of hours, etc)• Assist in running payroll through the Paychex Preview system and preparing invoices for the controller• Assist in collecting outstanding balances from clients

• Communicating marketing executives and clients about products and contracts• Selecting candidates for intern and photographer positions, then scheduling and assisting with interviews• Running business and personal errands for the CEO• Maintaining the client database in Microsoft Access

Screening for psychological problems such as depressionDevelopment of care plansDevelopment of group and individual activitiesCompletion of Social Service Histories for medical file

Tutored adult students in math, reading, etc.

This position required some of the same tasks as the Aide position but included interacting with parents, prepping the days activities, and answering phones.

At Ladybug in this position I cleaned the classrooms, played with the children, facilitated activities for the children, and a variety of other daily tasks that occur in a child care setting.
