A/C Maintenance Operation Safety Manager
Current• follow up the implementation of A/C safety program (Safety plan, policies, procedures and process, training, supervision, reporting)• Develop and maintain IEP internal evaluation program, Audits, Conduct audits for AMO SERVICE PROVIDERS (line/base maintenance, engineering, maintenance quality assurance, CAMO, maintenance records)• Develop and conduct audit programs for all aspects of corporate safety and security, including all major departments and function for compliance with company policies and procedures, publish formal audit report, follow up corrective action• Develop, revise, and maintain the corporate quality safety assurance program manual currency through regular review (MCM, SQM)• identifies significant safety or quality finding and recommendation to senior management• Develop and conduct audit for (fueling & anti-icings) service providers• Develop and prepare holding company for IOSA audit (2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020) • prepare and conduct pre- IOSA audit (Mantic. Scope) for many external companies like Egypt air airline, express airline, air Cairo airline• Member of Egypt air Holding A/C Incidents/Accidents investigation committee• Member of Egypt air Holding SAFA team inspector, SAFA trainer• Responds to special evaluation requests from senior management
