The Torre Master's II is a 17 floor tower building that had to be refurbished completely, changing M&E installations, HVAC Systems and all the Interior Design, ending in the construction of the Mapfre Inmuebles Headquarters on the 16th floor. The budget was 11 mm € and the construction works were carried out during a six month period in two shifts from Monday to Saturday.Project Manager of a 30 mm € Luxury Complex in Murcia. The project included a 5 Star Hotel for De Vere Hotels, a Commercial Centre and a Golf Club for the Golf Course of the future PGA School in Spain. The main responsibilities were the coordination of the design team (architect, engineering company, landscaping, lighting, kitchen specialists, etc.) and later on the rest of the construction agents including FF&E.Project Manager for a Retirement Home Complex in Barcelona of 10,000sqm from the design stage to the tender phase.Project Manager for the Engineering Tendering Procedure for a winery in Cintruenigo, Navarra.

Construction Management of the new Sun Microsystems Headquarters in Barcelona. The Project was directly supervised by Sun Microsystems LondonConstruction Management of three offices by EPC contracts. In charge of the first Heery's after-sale service for a residential complex in Catalunya. The results were so good that the experience changed the way the service was being provided in the rest of Spain.
