- Experience at managing, analyzing as well as designing to-be solutions based on the business as-is state using microservice architectures throughout the analysis, design, development, testing and release phase, according to governance standards of CitiBanamex under an Agile Framework (Scrum).- Collect and deeply analyze business rules, swaggers, functional, non-functional requirements, making sure all scenarios are contemplated to ensure a solution that meet client needs and service level agreements.- Experience at creating and managing, epics, user stories, user story maps, and acceptance criteria for each microservice that had to be developed by the Development Team and tracked on Jira by Management.- Experience at creating the high-level and low-level product design document from end to end, once the solution has completely analyzed and design.- Responsible for creating sequence, component, context, deployment, activity and architecture diagrams in order to express and explain the solution easily.- Elicit information with business owners and technical teams to guarantee a successful solution release to production environment.- Experience at presenting technical solutions in different forums and business settings to review and receive sign-off by Architects, Tech Leads, Security Officers, and Subject Matter Experts of the bank in order to validate the project feasibility and proceed with the development phase.- Own the readiness document and prepare it, prior to release the solution to production.- I had the opportunity to train some new hires into the Citibanamex digital engineering processes and also learn the basis of Agile Project Management by covering the Scrum Master, acting as a servant leader and facilitator within the team.

- Manage Huawei Cloud Services by creating and presenting executive proposals, which included the problem, main root cause, objectives, requirements, quotations and architecture designs, besides the feasibility of the project, with the aim of winning solution proposals against well-known cloud vendors such as: AWS, GCP, Azure.- Being the advocate for Huawei Cloud Services and Solutions in customer meetings by giving hands-on demonstrations of the platform.- Responsible for gathering business requirements and translate them into technical designs, using Huawei Cloud Services.- Act as a technical liaison among Customers, Business Partners, Account Managers and Solution Architects.- Own and lead the technical solution from inception to completion, developing architecture and economic proposals in order to respond request for proposals (RFP's) along the pre-sales phase for the following cloud service models: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.- Support the proofs of concept (PoC) related to the technical solution with the purpose of a successful deployment on Huawei Cloud- Responsible for carrying out quotations under the billing mode of Reserved Instances and On-Demand of Huawei Cloud and third-party services, that jointly would be required for the project implementation, as well as making comparison among cloud vendors in order to get business insights.- Assist with troubleshooting throughout the project implementation and its respective service tickets follow-up with on-shore and off-shore teams.
